♦ Not “new” but worth a revisit — 
This highway sign appears along divided highways. Translation: the left lane is only for passing. In other words, in Mexico you aren’t supposed to hunker in the left lane causing motorists who are going a bit faster than you to pass on the right.
Again, not new. Another motorized boat showed up in Half Moon Bay — this one lacking its registration number. Illegal squared!
