Vecinos Extraordinary Meeting 2022
Members of Vecinos de Akumal Norte:
On behalf of the Board of Vecinos you are invited to the Extraordinary Meeting of Vecinos on February 17, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. upstairs at La Buena Vida Restaurant in Akumal Norte, Municipality of Tulum, Quintana Roo; attendance may be via Zoom due to concern regarding the possibility of continued transmission of COVID-19
If there are not sufficient members represented in person or by proxy to reach a quorum for the meeting described above, then by this notice we are calling a second meeting for February 17, 2021 at 10:00 am upstairs at La Buena Vida Restaurant in Akumal Norte, Municipality of Tulum, Quintana Roo; and by Zoom as a result of the conditions mentioned above.
The Agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1- Designation of President, Scrutineer and Secretary of the meeting and attendance roll call.
2 – Verification of legal quorum and declaration that meeting is legally constituted
3 – Ratification of appointment of President, Scrutineer and Secretary for the meeting
4 – Reading of Agenda
5 – Proposal, Discussion and approval of amendments to Articles 9 and 17 of the Bylaws of the Association
6 – Other Business
7 – Designation of persons to appear and formalize the resolutions
8 – Writing reading and approval of minutes and closing of meeting
In case you are unable to attend, attached is a proxy form (in Spanish) for you to nominate another member of Vecinos to vote on your behalf. The designated person must present to the legal advisor for the Association the signed proxy form or send by email to [email protected] before the start of the meeting.
