Nilvia Lizzama resigned from her position as Delegada of Chemuyil to pursue interests in the upcoming election. Nestor Orlando Quijada Huerta, who has worked in the delegation under Nilvia, was appointed Delegado. Nilvia will surely be missed. She has done so much for Chemuyil and wants to continue to help the people of this community in the future. A position in Tulum, she feels, will allow her to be of more help to the community of Chemuyil.
