Christmas Performance: Dec 22nd
During December, the Biblioteca students learn about different cultures as well as traditions that make Christmas meaningful. We hold an annual Christmas Presentation in which teachers, students, moms and local businesses are all involved. The teachers and students create and practice dances and songs. Moms make the costumes. The performance and posada that follows is an annual tradition. Games and activities are organized and local restaurants donate food for the kids and parents to enjoy. Santa Claus stops for a visit where both fun and useful gifts are given. This year’s performance will be held the afternoon of Wednesday, December 22nd with the performance beginning at 4:45pm.
