The photo ‘glitch’ has been resolved, and Best of the Best for January, 2017 was celebrated at La Buena Vida Restaurant to begin another year of this favorite event. Judges were Mary Henderson and Cherri Schwaiger and the photographer, the intrepid Dave Zucker. Area restaurants graciously give a free drink to winners. Congrats to the following winners: Best Shirt…Gary Walton (free drink from La Buena Vida Restaurant); Best Sandals…Susan Fritz (free drink from La Lunita Restaurant); Best Clever T-Shirt…Rocio Cüe (free drink from Turtle Bay Restaurant. “Cleverly” this T said, “When I say I am not normal, I honestly mean it.”
Remember: this event is held on the first Friday of each month, and all are welcome to attend. The Happy Hour is 5:00-6:00 pm and the waiters of La Buena Vida Restaurant do a great job catering to our drink wishes!!!
