Vecinos Annual Meeting 2020
Members of Vecinos de Akumal Norte
On behalf of the Board of Vecinos you are invited to the Annual (Ordinary) Meeting of Vecinos on February 20, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. upstairs at La Buena Vida Restaurant in Akumal Norte, Municipality of Tulum, Quintana Roo.
If there are not sufficient members represented in person or by proxy to reach a quorum for the meeting described above, then by this notice we are calling a second meeting for February 20, 2020 at 10.30 am upstairs at La Buena Vida Restaurant in Akumal Norte, Municipality of Tulum, Quintana Roo.
The Agenda for the meeting is as follows:
l- Designation of President, Scrutineer and Secretary of the meeting and attendance roll call.
2 – Verification of legal quorum and declaration that meeting is legally constituted
3 – Ratification of appointment of President, Scrutineer and Secretary for the meeting

- – Correction of names of Members that have been registered incorrectly
