Once again, La Buena Vida Restaurant was the place to be on the first Friday of the month for Best of the Best, June 2018. Loyal locals and some Puerto Aventuras visitors came together to share an evening of conversation and fun – and, of course, a few libations. Interestingly, there was no Best Sandals winner, but an avid fan of this event wore several Tees to convince the Judges. Marshall’s effort was rewarded with a first-time second place win.
Thanks to La Buena Vida Restaurant (LBV) for giving the winner of the random drawing 500 pesos toward a dinner purchase there. And thanks to Turtle Bay Bakery and Café for contributing a bottle of their locally distilled Cueva Vodka. Happy winners were Shari Stern for the vodka, and Pat for the LBV huge dinner discount. These restaurants along with Lunita Restaurant provide a free drink to winners in the three Best categories.
