ACC Sponsors Road Building Fundraiser
ACC (Akumal Canasta Club) is sponsoring a Road Building Fundraiser for all women of Akumal on December 6, 2014 at Lunita Restaurant. This event was conceived as an opportunity for women to step up and help make a difference in Akumal. To say a section of the road in Akumal was built by Akumal’s gals will be a point of pride. The fun-filled afternoon features a sumptuous brunch, a fashion show, games, and prizes. Beverages with alcohol will be a la carte. Participants are encouraged to bring card games of their choice, Backgammon, Scrabble, Mexican Train etc.—or just bask in the view and visit with friends.
Event begins at 11:00 am and the cost is 500 pesos. You are guaranteed to be pleased by the prizes offered, and you do not have to be present to win. We believe that women will want to make this contribution even if they are not in town on the day of the event.
