This is the site of the sewage treatment facility under construction in Akumal pueblo. It’s located on the southeast corner of town and Alain estimates it covers about 2 hectares.

You can see the croc peaking out of the plants on the left lower area at La Bahía condos. Following is a link to the video of the croc crossing the road. Josie has named it Coco.
