Dear Vecinos Members:
Following is the official announcement in Spanish and English for the 2018 Annual Membership meeting which will take place on February 8, 2018 at 10:00am in the upstairs dining room at La Buena Vida. If you can’t be here for the meeting, please fill out the voting proxy and email it before the meeting. If you cannot be present, you can select someone to vote for you. Some members have me listed to vote for them; however whoever you name must be present at the meeting to vote. The completed proxies are very important if you are not here, because without enough proxies we can’t hold the meeting.

Aquí se encuentra el anuncio en español para la Reunión Anual de Membresía 2018 que tendrá lugar el 8 de febrero de 2018. Si no puede asistir a la reunión, debe completar el poder de voto y enviarlo por correo electrónico antes de la reunión. Este poder apaece aparte con el título «Proxy 2018». Si no puede estar presente, puede seleccionar a alguien para que vote por usted. Algunos miembros me han nombrado para votar por ellos; sin embargo, quien sea nombrar debe estar presente en la reunión para votar. Los proxies completados son muy importantes si no está aquí, porque sin suficientes apoderados no podemos mantener la reunión.

If you can’t be here for the meeting, you need to fill out the voting proxy and email it before the meeting. The proxy appears in a separate post titled “Proxy 2018”. If you cannot be present, you can select someone to vote for you. Some members have me listed to vote for them; however whoever you name must be present at the meeting to vote. The filled out proxies are very important if you are not here, because without enough proxies we can’t hold the meeting.
