Sherry and Ron Stern, Playa Caribe
Shotsie and Phoebe, both from Luna Azul, were here
Harold (Cowboy) and Debra Robinson, Adventuras Akumal
Karl and Dawn Shubert were here for a month staying at Vista del Mar
Lucie James was in town for several weeks.
Nancy Poor was here for a week and will be back in January. It was wonderful to have her here. David was here with her in spirit.
John and Linda Novak are back for the winter
Michael and Joe Pearl are here for 5 weeks in Adventuras Akumal
Dr. Sharon Sofford and Sheila Richardson, known as “the monkey ladies”, are here for a month. They’ve been coming down for 29 and 39 years respectively.
Linda Morgan was here for a short stay in Casa Esperanza
There was a great going away party for Bob (Akumal’s Karaoke Man) and Ann Marie Radamacher. They’ve sold their house and relocated in Florida. Hopefully, they’ll be back visiting soon. They will be missed in the greater Akumal area.
Anne Gabbert, the Akumal Librarian, is leaving. She has done many wonderful things for the community through her programs.
Susan and Joel Fritz left for the winter; they’ll be back after ski season
Peggy and Mike Stone left after an extended stay
