Cleanup Day in Akumal

Hi Members, Administrators, and Community!

On June 25 the cleaning of North Akumal will begin, in preparation to receive future tourists in Akumal Playa, Akumal Norte, and Akumal Pueblo. Obviously we want to greet our tourists with “our best foot forward”.

Our cleaning committee is in charge of various areas such as parks, vacant lots, bus stops, and the main street of the Pueblo.  Last week CFE cut trees and left the trimmings behind. We are asking your help with the pickup of the refuse and garbage. Please ask your staff to clean, trim, and fix up the areas in front of your property. The cleanup committee cannot cope with so many areas, and if you help us we would greatly appreciate it!
