Next Mobile Spay/Neuter Trip is Thursday, July 3
If you would like to sterilize your dog or cat, please bring it to the ball court (Cancha) in the Pueblo at 9am, Thursday July 3. We will take them to the Centro Medico Veterinaria Clinic in Playa del Carmen to be fixed, and will return to the Pueblo in the afternoon. This service is free. So far we’ve fixed 12 dogs and cats this summer, most of them female! To make an appointment, call Michaela at 984-119-0856.
The Vets are coming to Akumal!
Sunday, July 29 from 10am to 1pm two veterinarians will be in the ball court (Cancha) in the Pueblo for pet consults, vaccinations, de-parasiting, and flea and tick treatments. Services will be provided at a reduced cost. Volunteers are welcome to come down and help out! Also, we are looking for accommodations for the vets.
