Vecinos Annual Meeting: 15 February 2017

This week in the email you will receive a bundle of papers that includes information pertaining to the Vecinos of Akumal Norte annual membership meeting. This will include the agenda and the time and place for the meeting. The second piece of information is a voting proxy in Spanish.

Please review all the information carefully. If you can be at the meeting in person you will vote by raising your hand to be officially counted for issues that require a vote.

If you are unable to be in attendance,  you may assign your voting power to a person who will be at the meeting and can exercise your voting privilege by using your signed proxy. It is extremely important that you sign and email back to me your proxy. Sending back your proxy not only gives you voting power at the meeting it also helps us to reach the quorum needed to conduct the meeting. .

If you do not have someone to act as your proxy, you may assign me to vote for you.

PLEASE, IT IS MOST IMPORTANT FOR YOU AS A MEMBER OF THE VECINOS ASSOCIATION TO EMAIL BACK YOUR PROXY IF YOU ARE NOT ATTENDING.
