Tiangus Organic and Natural Market on Sunday July 20th was a really HOT event in many ways. The new location at Aldea Zamá is a beautiful, perfect setting for the many vendors. The large jungle trees give shade over a path with fountains, art and a beautiful stone paved walkway. You are greeted with your own shopping bag to carry purchases home and bring back for next event!
At the market you could find plants, fruits, clothing, jewelry, natural soaps and lotions, wood carvings, art, woven bags, and of course FOOD — all organic and natural. One very interesting vendor who sells beautiful preserves and honey has a name familiar to us Akumalians! Most of the vendors came from Bacalar and Felipe Carrillo Puerto area, as well as from Playa del Carmen.
An enjoyable way to spend a Sunday and support local artisans. Check Tiangus Orgánico y Natural Tulum on Facebook and watch our calendar for upcoming events
