Right Lane — Perfecto!

It truly is annoying to be trapped behind vehicles dogging the right lane at barely 100 k/h and  hogging the left lane at 82k/h, making it nearly impossible to get past them.  Shouldn’t both vehicles be in the right lane?   Oh, wait … it’s the law in Mexico that on divided highways – like 307, for example – the left lane is only for passing.      They even have signs —

So stay in the right lane if you want to drive 40 k/h.  No one will care — much . . .
