Post-er Note: Water

The U.S. Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine (whew!) determined that men should drink 3.7 liters of fluid per day, and women 2.7 liters.  Harvard Health recommends about the same – 15.5 cups for men and 11.5 cups for women.  Instead of choking it down, why not add a little interest to a glass or two.
