My brother was coming to visit for Thanksgiving. I asked him to use the new on-line visa application, just to see how it worked. He filled it out, slowly and correctly, since I read that you cannot go back to make corrections. The Bro then printed it out. When he was on his flight, the flight attendant insisted on giving him a blank form even though he told her he already had it printed out. He took his printed visa to immigration and they took half, returned and stamped the other half with his passport. Simple and easy. Aruba has been using this system for a few years now.

Don’t forget to fill out your customs form before you deplane. — Unless you’re entering Mexico at Terminal 4. These passengers will have their luggage scanned, unopened, via a state-of-the-art X-ray machine that eliminates both the traffic light baggage check system and custom’s declaration forms. The new system began 1 November and is being extended to include international travelers arriving at Terminals 2 and 3 on flights originating from the United States, Canada and Europe.
