February: Farewell party
On Feb 21, 2pm we will go to the home of Muriel and Lea in Tulum to wish them farewell as they move to the Outer Banks of North Carolina. They have been loyal and hard-working members of the club since its inception six years ago. They will be really missed. Please bring drinks and snacks. Lea is fixing an exotic Mexican Drink for us to enjoy as only she can, so hold onto your hat, Mr. Frumble!
**EVERYTHING FOR SALE**
If you need anything, they are selling everything —- furniture, art works, cooking utensils, appliances, and tools, just to name a few things. If you need something and want to find out what they have, email me at [email protected] and I will put you in touch.
MARCH: Cooking and Pet Care
On March 6, from 2-5 we will go to Judy’s in Akumal Sur for a cooking demo on great party snacks and sample the same around the pool. We will also discuss pet care in Mexico and problems we have had for those interested, plus solutions for garden problems. Please bring drinks to share and your favorite party food to share.
APRIL: Beach Day and Plant Swap
April 14, Sunday 11am-2pm we will go to Colleen’s beautiful home in Soliman Bay for a beach day and plant swap. More to come on that. So start planting your cuttings in a pot to swap.
MAY: Projects and Plans
We will meet and Jen will tell us about the new plans for an herb and vegetable garden in the Pueblo and how we can help preparing for the 2019 Akumal Arts Fest. Date and place to come.
