What a rollicking crowd shared its creativity regarding shirts, sandals and clever tees on the first Friday in December at the ever-popular La Buena Vida Restaurant in North Akumal for Best of the Best Awards for December, 2017. Over forty souls gathered for this monthly Akumal event. In addition to winners receiving a free drink from these Akumal restaurants, La Buena Vida (LBV), Turtle Bay Bakery and Cafe (TBC), and Lunita—there were special drawings for a bottle of Cueva Vodka donated by Bart of TBC and a bottle of Hornitos Tequila donated by Jamie Cost. This December 2017 event marked the beginning of the second year of its being held at LBV. AkumalNow thanks all for their participation and we look forward to seeing YOU in 2018!
