Allowable Decibel Levels

Mexico has a standard which establishes the maximum allowable noise level: NOM-081-SEMARNAT-1994.  Amazon,  Home Depot, and other stores  sell devices to measure decibel output — there’s even an App for it!

Here’s what the law says is the maximum  permissible decibel limit:
