Rainy Season in Quintana Roo, 2025.

The rainy season in Quintana Roo this 2025 is just around the corner, and if you live in Cancun or any other part of the peninsula, or even thinking of traveling to the Mexican Caribbean, it is crucial that you know the rainiest months, posted TV Azteca Quintana.
According to the 2025 rain forecast, the rainy season in Quintana Roo will officially start  June 1.  The starting date is related to cyclones and hurricanes, so indicates the Marine Secretariat.  However, it won’t be as frequent in the Southeast for at least a month.
The rainy months in Cancún and all of Quintana Roo are June (slight), July, August, September, October and November. It should be noted that the 2025 hurricane season lasts that entire period until November 30.
How many hurricanes are expected in the Atlantic?
According to experts, 17 cyclones are expected in the Atlantic Ocean, which could affect Quintana Roo and the Yucatán Peninsula. These will be distributed as follows:
• Tropical depression : 2
• Tropical storms : 7
• Strong Hurricanes (Category 1 & 2): 4
• Intense hurricanes (Category 3, 4, and 5): 4
It’s worth remembering that the rainy season in the rest of the country began last May 15 when the hurricane and tropical cyclone season kicked off in the Atlantic.
