June’s Best Shirt was another rousing success, yet characterized by some unusual weather. The wind was fierce and sand kept getting everywhere–into the drinks, into your hair, ans sticking to exposed areas! The Cheymuil crowd even took refuge in the south part of the Beach Bar for more protection. Judges Nancy Poor, Isabel Shober, and Mary Henderson had to track down the winner there; however, winner Bill was thrilled to return and accept the trophy as winner of Best Shirt, June, 2016.
